MOZZARTBET MALTA LIMITED, Registration Number C 83980, with registered address at Office 2D, Soho St. Julians, PunchBowl Centre, Elia Zammit Street, St. Julians, STJ3154, Malta (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), shall endeavour in complying with the applicable laws related to the personal data protectionin countries where the Company operates- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processingof personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC [General Data Protection Regulation].

The Companyis licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (www.mga.org.mt) in virtue of a Gaming Service License bearing number MGA/B2C/606/2018, issued on the 28thof March 2019.

The Company warrants that all Personal Data of users of its services and visitors of the website www.mozzart.com (hereinafter referred as ”data subjects”), is processed only when there is a legal basis for such an act:

Our partner Mozzart d.o.o.Beograd is located in the Republic of Serbia, which is not part of the EEA. Data transfer to Mozzart d.o.o.Beogradis regulated by Standard Contractual Clauses, dated as of December 7, 2022, which include requirement that particular protections be in place in order to ensure a level of data protection essentially equivalent to that guaranteed within the EU, in accordance with the approved mechanisms prescribed by the EU Commission. The purpose of these standard contractual clauses is to ensure compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data for the transfer of personal data to a third country. 8.0 DATA RETENTION

If you have registered with an account, we will retain your personal data during the period your account is active. After this period, the required duration of keeping of your documents may vary from a few months to 10 (ten) years all in order to meet its legal obligations under applicable laws or regulations, such as the applicable gambling regulations, KYC and AML regulations.

In addition, the Company may retain your personal data for longer periods, provided that retaining such data is strictly necessary for the responsible gaming reasons, resolving or exercising claims regarding potential disputes, and where the Company is guided to do so by the applicable supervisory authority.. After this period, the Company ensures that your Personal Data will be irreversibly destroyed.
