Data transfer to Mozzart d.o.o.Beogradis regulated by Standard Contractual Clauses, dated as of December 7, 2022, which include requirement that particular protections be in place in order to ensure a level of data protection essentially equivalent to that guaranteed within the EU, in accordance with the approved mechanisms prescribed by the EU Commission.
